There are like 10 of them I can't paste them all!!
Thanks for those walking dead updates...
I'm sorry but I'm about to ask a very pety/childish question that has nothing to do with the topic. How do you "don't do" something?
"they don't do make that content in a month"
Right now folks are on pins and needles. Some are upset over the lack of news. Some are just plain upset. What your doing would be like the same as yelling fire on a plane.
Oh, the original endings of ME3 were enraging as hell. The fans were definitely entitled to their anger on that occasion. I just used the MASS EFFECT fanbase to demonstrate how damn timid some of the behaviour here is in comparison.
Tardiness is a three month delay, which has only happened once which was to the The Wolf Among Us episode. The Walking Dead had two episodes take two months and the last two take one month. You know what's really kinda funny? Those two episodes that took the longest? They were the best episodes of the season by far. Episode 3 was mindblowing and it took two months.
Also, we're currently not tardy. Telltale takes two weeks off for the holidays, that's why I'm not surprised the episode isn't out yet. We're still technically on time actually if the episode comes out within the week which is what Telltale has been implying.
a long established tradition of tardiness does not mean it is a good thing. And no i dont remember having waited 2 months last time since i wa… mores lucky to discover the game after the fact and was able to download and play it back to back. And seriously, who are you to tell people what they should like and what their preferences should be and that they should stop "whining" about having to wait 12 weeks to play a 90 minute game, This is ridiculous. I dont care what telltale does with Wolf Man or that Wolfman fans have the patience of a sage and dnt mind waiting 4 months for a game, I do. This delay blows. One would think TellTale writers would have put some thought into how to do this instead of apparently making the story up as they go, which is why they always need months to finish one game.
I see this comment back and forth from both communities. Understand that when Ep 2 comes out, we will have TT's pages mirroring that for maybe even a month, until Ep3 of TWAU is near to release.
Creepily licking episode 2
Was I the only one sending my hand through my forehead when reading this? And this comes from our great Com… moremunity & PR Specialist... She should know this is frustrating times, and there is no room for immature jokes.
Again, just saying that if they said 'the new episodes will usually come out every 3 months' it would do a good deal to improve PR, without them having to actually 'speed up' production and deliver a rushed product. And it would be advantageous to them because if Telltale has good PR and belief by the customer base that they will actually deliver their games within the timeframe they give (or before that timeframe) more people would probably order season passes, which means more money up front for them.
It's a moot point about what they actually do - my point is that they are not doing good PR strategy which would actually cost them no effort at all by changing 'usually every 4-6 weeks to 'usually every 3 months'
Not sure why people arent understanding what I'm trying to explain.
But in season 1, episodes 4 and 5 came out in a monthly matter. So maybe that'd apply to future episodes and other games.
they can say what… moreever they'd like tbh, they can delay as much as they like. They know we wont do anything but bitch, well atleast some of us wont.
would it be a good or bad idea for TTG to have a bundle pack with TWD and TWAU? I ask based on the information about sales and such from other posters...if they want to get more from TWAU in my opinion a bundle couldnt hurt...but IDK all the logistics on how feasible that would be
Yeah - I think I'd be a lot more bent out of shape about them saying 'usually 4-6 weeks' and it being 3+ months if I had paid in advance. Sti… morell bothers me a LITTLE (because it feels like watching Game of Thrones and wondering when the Dragons will frigging come already), but I don't feel like i'm entitled to on-time episodes since I havent paid for that sort of privilege
I wouldn't say that there is always that Sunday when the show is on or shortly after back before Season 2 came out they teased TWD stuff on Twitter/Facebook numerous Sundays so you never know but yeah if nothing is said by Sunday night about an upcoming trailer the next day or complete radio silence don't expect it on the 18th it was always just the most likely date not a guarantee but after this point we really will be going into "delay" territory.
Today? No.
Tomorrow? Maybe.
The day after tomorrow? Yes. I actually have pretty high hopes for Thursday, because if we don't get a trailer then, that means the game isn't coming out on the 18th, which means we'll have to wait even longer.
Yea if agree but complaining in here does not get it noticed. If you want your complaint noticed post a message to their Facebook or Twitter page. Don't spam them or become a internet troll.
If the reddit result for TWAU was any indication it appears that social image is very important to TTG.
Yes, they're trying to make us like TWAU by making the gap between each episode 3 months. If anything they're trying to do damage control and re-ignite interest as they took so long in getting that one out.
TWD is a down-stream delay of TWAU's delay. It will be late this month at best likely early next (get it "just around the corner" means the turn of the month). And news will becoming "soon" I'm sure.
As far as I'm aware, the only zombie games we have censored are Left 4 Dead 2 and State of Decay (Not defending the ratings). We did get TWD S2E1 (Was rated R18+) though.
They always post the reviews guys, they did it for All That Remains as well. It doesn't mean they are trying to shove The Wolf Among Us down our throats. I guess it is a very small case of advertisement but it's doesn't mean that TWD is being held back because of it.

Telltale know as well as we do The Walking Dead WILL overshadow The Wolf Among Us no matter when they launch it. Right now they're trying to spoon-feed us with TWAU until they are forced to release TWD. It's sad to see. They didn't have to do this when All That Remains arrived.
It's sad, but if you want to reach out to Telltale you have to go through external media like Reddit, or write an article yourself. Right now there is that Petition, and the Reddit post http://redd.it/1xijp1. Plus some articles that have appeared here and there.
It's hopeless that they don't listen to their customers on their own community.
gonna be honest, i was scrolling through every comment trying to find anything about the new episode and all i found out was that people really need to learn to be patient and 2 if you hate the walking dead, why are you even on this site?
If it doesn't come out by the 18th it will officially be the longest wait for a TWD episode. (Starved for Help was the longest at 64 days, the… more 18th is the 64th day since All That Remains.) Just a random thing I felt like pointing out because at this rate it won't be out by then.
And of course just before the release of episode 2 people on the TWAU forum were getting pissed that they dared speak about Walking Dead season 2 at the same time...
It's kind of pathetic. They have two excellent games and they're going to advertise them both, most likely with more focus on the one that's just been released.

They have been for a couple of days now. Referring to the 400 Days promotions, the "Gimme that hat. Where'd you get it?" poster, and puzzlebox teasing about her playthrough of A House Divided. Yesterday Read Retro shared an interview with Melissa as well.
I agree. A trailer tomorrow makes the 18th a excellent launch candidate.
Gosh ... 18th ? no way .. its not even certificated
http://www.classification.gov.au/Pages/Results.aspx?q=walking+dead+season+2&t=lfc
… more As I said .. as long as its is not proofed it will not be released.
Date of Certification + 2 - 3 weeks (eventually more) = RELEASE
cmon - downvoters
It's only been a week since the second episode of TWAU came out, of course they will keep talking about it! They have already started teasing TWD but TWAU is still practically new. If you just released a game you would be talking about it too rather then just letting it die.
However, if that sort of thing carried out for about a month with Telltale then I would start to believe it.
I'm pretty sure The Walking Dead has a bigger fanbase/more customers then The Wolf Among Us though, mainly because The Walking Dead is what brought Telltale into the "mainstream" as I've heard people say. It also was like the #1 Let's Played thing in 2012 but that is just my guess and I can't really compare that to TWAU or anything. Either way, Telltale does not strike me as a company who would delay a game just so they can milk the most money out of another game, a lot of companies probably do that but I think/hope Telltale is different on that matter.
As far as I'm concerned, TWD and TWAU are both great games but ever since I started posting in this thread you guys have been making me think there is this huge war going on between them about which one is better and which one deserves more attention. I hope that's not real but that's all I could think about when typing this.

If this were the case you wouldn't find it as awesome. What makes a tv show good? Suspense and anticipation. If you had all your pestering questions answered immediately there'd be no investment on your part. Think about how much more you want the answers now that you have to wait.
They should release all the episodes at the same time I love this series..then again its like a tv show, it builds suspense not knowing what is going to happen next so I can understand why they are takeing their time on releasing the next episode.

It's like they don't care about TWD at all and just want to force us to LIKE TWAU over TWD.
na but I've watched some friends of mines play it. I just don't like the fact that you can't really see your surroundings.
Man i seriously got some haters. To 5 people my response was a joke -___-
I can see it from a bottom line sales stand point. Most likely TWAU needs TTG to promote for sales to reach the highest potential level.
The TWD brand sells itself easier. Still for TWD fans it looks like TTG is bending over backwards to keep folks interested in TWAU.
Right now folks are on pins and needles. Some are upset over the lack of news. Some are just plain upset. What your doing would be like the same as yelling fire on a plane.
Oh I agree. That's why I said ONE of the weirdest. This is far from the weirdest, the Sonic fans are pretty damn weird.

I could see that once both games are done. I'm not really sure how we'll it would help either game right now.
The dragons need to age first, there are other parts to focus on besides them

Coming on the 18th would be great, so long as it's this month i won't be upset.
