Eduardo is apparently hispanic-american while this guy looks more asian-american. Also his name is 'Matthew' in the game files but it might just be a cover up...
It'd be interesting to have more 'minor' comic characters in the game as they'd have more free reign.

Interesting, but I wonder if there really is a point in putting in such a minor character in the first place? He won't be very relevant and if Kirkman decided to write a backstory for him, TT would end up getting screwed again. Just like with Lilly.
