Woah there, friend. First off, we don't know whether Christa is coming back or not. Second, we can't be sure Rebecca dies while giving birth (she most likely will, but still).
I find your thread's title strange. We don't know a thing yet and you're already jumping to, I'd say, extreme conclusions.
Soooo...because Christa was pregnant she will now take care of any and all babies until she dies?
I honestly don't see any reason why she would. It would be rather random and completely out of the blue I think.
This is not the same. Little Ass Kicker still had the majority of her family left. Alvin may very well be dead by this point (personally I see him being dead long before this point).
Are you talking about Lori's child?

What is an extreme conclusion?
That Rebecca will die? Or that Christa will return?
Both are conclusion, but I would consider neither extreme (actually consider both probable).
I think yes. Knowing TellTale, we should expect for Rebecca to die early. If Christa is alive and joins the group, they might give the child in her care, or she would take responsibility for it. Provided the child survives, of course.
In their defense they did say 'will', implying uncertainty. But yeah it could have been worded better for sure.
Onto a more interesting topic though... do you think it is possible?
Oh come now, you must have a thought on it yourself.
As I said in response to him -- Any and all babies? Chances are these are the only two babies she has seen in circa 2 years, thats hardly all babies. Christa wanted to be a mother, but she lost her child. While it may be hard for her to care for anothers child in place of her own I think Christa , above anyone else, would tbe the one to step up to the plate. Not to mention she probably has the ability to breast feed after the death of her child (though she is running out of time in that department). The reason she would is because that's who she is, she is a caretaker even in such terrible times. It wouldn't be random and out of the blue at all and would fit perfectly with her character overall.

My thoughts exactly. The emotional appeal for Christa as a character would go through the roof. We could see all the different aspects of her love for the newborn, her hatred for this one surviving and not her own, and how her attitude towards Clem would change.
I think the responsibility would/should be thrust upon her by the others (and a need for the baby to feed) because I think she would be very aprehensive for taking the child in lui of her own. A bitter-sweet relationship.

What do you think?
This will definitely be interesting to see, if that happens. Christa's character went through much troubles and struggle, she needs a brighter one at least for once.
Though, knowing Telltale, she might die soon afterwards, because George Martin is the main wri- I mean, it would be a tragic moment.

I believe so yes
no that would just be.... weird.
Why people ask about a prediction as if it was conclusive?
This sounds familiar....

So, you're ripping off TWD TV show but replacing Daryl / Beth with Christa? K.
Wait when did that happen in the TV show?
Any and all babies? The only two she has probably seen in two years.
Personally I think it would be completely realistic for Christa to care for the child.
Season 2 or 3. Can't remember, but it is basically how this went down.
Apologies for any spoilers, I thought people would have seen it by now.

But in the show right now, she is with Tyreese, not anyone she has been familiar with, since they all escaped the prison.
I see your point, though. It just seemed extremely similar at the start to Lori's story. Ha, that rhymed :-)

Why would that be weird?
I know that. The problem is that OP makes it sound like both of those things are gonna happen for sure.
