She lost it after she fell in the water, or atleast thats assumed, I mean if her pocket has a zip of it, or maybe she adopted the "MAGIC POCKET" trait from Lee. I dunno.

I don't think it's gone. Seems extremely pointless for Clem to not be able to burn the photo and just lose it a minute later. TTG is weird though...
Why would she? It's personal, no one needs to be reminded of him except for her.

To be fair, originally Clem was supposed to lose her hat and have Sam the dog find it. Still don't know why Telltale got rid of that.
Ok so in my view there are 3 scenarios:
1 - She lost the photo when she felt in the river (unlikely since that all thing with the photo would make no sense)...
2 -The photo was in her bag and so she hadn't the photo when talking to Luke (more likely, it's a possibility)
3 - She had the photo all along but decided that was her story and her "safe place" when she feels things are bad, so she decided not to show it (This one is the best fior me but the second one is a possibility too)

I would love that she had the picture but decided not to show it, it would show the importance and connection that Clementine still gives to the idea/image of Lee 
Maybe when it got wet in the river she had too bin it, after getting soaked like that the picture must have been ruined?.
I wondered why TT didn't have her lose her hat in the river, but have Sam find it somewhere along the bank while she was unconscious/sleeping. Not a huge thing to the story, but would have given Clem another reason to follow a strange dog further into the woods. Then again, maybe doing that would have seemed like a cheat, and having Clem immediately follow the dog was supposed to bring home how she's starved for any time of interaction, even if that overrides survival skills somewhat.
Because it would make less sense for a random dog to pick up an inedible hat and carry it around for no reason at all.

Another thing that confused me...you could burn the drawing of Kenny and his family, but you couldn´t burn Lee´s photo.
So my gues is that Kenny is coming back in episode2 (we all know it is gonna happen) and you will be able to either show him the drawing to remind him of the man he once used to be before everything went to shit, or not in case you burned the drawing.
If only she put it in her hat, right?

I'm assuming that she lost it in the river, but then Kenny or whoever the mystery character is finds it, that's how they know to head upriver to look for Clem.
She would hold onto that hat really fucking hard knowing Clementine.

I don't know, she probably thought it was somebody's dog and that Sam might have led her to other people.
