There is no information about the next episode on any age rating websites like ESRB or by the Australian government
No updates on the steam database for 16 days
No screenshots or vines like TWAU got
Telltale still have TWAU as a background on Twitter
I don't think they will do a surprise release for TWD as the game is way too popular and they will want to get as many people talking about it as possible before they release it, I think Episode 2 of TWAU has had enough time in the spotlight now so Telltale can spend the next week focusing on A House Divided creating hype and hopefully the release trailer will be released sometime next week.

Regarding no recent updates on the Steam Database; I think patch_02 is to be applied when they release A House Divided, because it has not yet been applied to the game. I wouldn't let that worry me too much yet.

i don't fully understand what all the numbers mean but i have been watching them when i was looking for clues for release dates for both games and from what i have seen the larger updates and releases normally look like the numbers above. Also lots of "changenumbers" could mean they are working on files.

Laura made a tweet on February 4 (i believe) about playing the episode as well. The episode has been finished for a while already. Telltale is currently awaiting approval from their partners, and for them to all agree on a release date.

Well...I was hoping that humanity was ready for sarcasm. You know, I am actually going to fly from Okinawa to America, start a riot at their headquarters (wherever it is), attack the company who makes games I enjoy, just because I'm going to have to wait a couple days for the next episode. I don't know how they work but they did put 400 days on there so they might have changed how they rate games it since releasing season 1
Every time we curse at Telltale, they delay the episode one more week.
Like every time we call Gabe Newell at Valve fat, he delay Half-Life 3 one more year.
