Five times. I've got about nine hours on it I think. I try to limit myself to a maximum of five to not overdo it, and ruin the full playthrough I usually do when all episodes are released. And I never change the way I play the episodes, scumbag and psycho Clem etc, as it only ruins the story for me. I'm that honest, loveable, and caring character.

On Season One I have way over 130 hours. :3

Only the God´s do! (and Telltale obviously)

  • Nobody knows. But we're thinking maybe the 25th. Could be wrong.

The only likely dates we have left in this month is the 18th, 20th, 25th, and 27th.

What we can do to keep an eye on when it might release is on the Austrialian Classification site, and ESRB. Once the ratings are up and ready it can release at any day. I also like to spy on the Steam Database. When they move stuff around in there they are preparing a patch, or in our case now a new episode.

  • What if I told you guys that telltale games was finished with episode 2 but decided to make episode 3 and release both at the same time.

  • why do they have toi send each episode for classification those ms and sony see each episode a separate game or one game

I guess they see them as separate games as each episodes contain something new, and have to be reated individually.

  • So i decided to replay season 2 today and found that all of my save files had the exact same choices. I KNOW i made different choices in each of them. Has anyone else gotten this issue?

For example: the topless scene in TWAU episode 2. They didn't have nudity in episode one but esrb and other rating systems would have to tell people that there was partial nudity in episode two.

Here's what I think. (This is my discussion that I started but got closed).

This is by no means confirmed at all. I've been hearing EVERYWHERE that the Episode 2 of Season 2 of TWD is coming out on February 18th, which is the approaching Tuesday. I would love it if that was the case, but I haven't seen TellTale anywhere confirm that this is the release date. TellTale normally releases their episodes on Tuesdays, so I can see where fans can be coming from if this is just a false rumor. However, we have proof that the episode is finished because a TellTale employee tweeted that she has finished playing the episode. So we know it's ready and finished, but it still has to go through certification. But I don't know how long that takes for TellTale games, or Episodes. What we DO know is that TellTale confirmed that the episode will be coming out this month. If that's the case, than there's still 2 weeks left of waiting at maximum. Right know we are at the 7th week mark, even though episodes take around 4-6 weeks according to TellTale, and they even said that they don't plan on making any more delays. So at maximum we'll end up waiting 9 weeks. But if this rumor is actually true about the next episode coming out this Tuesday, than that will be at the 8th week mark. Another thing is that if the rumor was true, we would be seeing a trailer this weekend. If anything, the trailer should come out today if it was true. If we don't get a trailer by today or tomorrow, than we will have to wait another week.

UPDATE: TellTale retweeted another one of their employee's tweet and it reads "Played the latest Ep of TWD today! And you'll all be playing too super soon! Look out for important updates over the next few days!" This can mean a lot. The tweeter says that there will be updates over the next few days. If this rumor is true, then that means we'll be seeing the episode released in only 3 days. "The next few days" can be any time span. But I don't think 3 days is enough time to just get all of their "updates" out. But I can be wrong, of course. Maybe these "updates" are just the trailer, and the episode being released itself. If that were the case, then the chance of the episode being released on Tuesday still remains in play. But apparently we are supposed to see images, to according to another TellTale employee. Maybe when she said "images" she meant the trailer. But one thing we know, is that we don't know anything. We don't know what TellTale has up their sleeve. But now thinking about it more, there's only 2 possible release dates left (you guys also said in the comments). Those days are February 18th, and February 25th, with the 18th being this Tuesday and the 25th being next Tuesday. This leaves us with two scenarios. TellTale has very little time to get all of their "updates" out, or they have very ample time to get their "updates" out, with 3 days being very little time, and a week and a half being very ample time. We'll just have to wait and see.

ANOTHER UPDATE: TellTale released a new screenshot of a part in episode 2. This is the first update we've gotten since they tweeted "Stick around for more important updates!" Well, first, if you want to go check out the image, go to TellTale's twitter and it'll be on the front page (link: https://twitter.com/telltalegames). I'm not going to post the picture here because it will get in the way of this "analysis." I'm not going to go in depth about what this picture can mean either, as there are other posts for that. We still need the trailer, however. TellTale isn't going to release the episode without a trailer posted on their YouTube channel. I said earlier in this post that if we don't get the trailer by Saturday or Sunday, then the episode will most likely be released on the 25th. I'll correct myself here. I completely forgot that TellTale has actually released trailers the day before the game comes out, and people actually reminded me on the comments (thank you for that). With this being said, this means that if we don't get a trailer by Monday, then we'll be getting the episode on the 25th. But this screenshot is the first step into the episode being released. And it will give us, the fans, the chance to discuss what the picture can mean and what will happen in the episode. I'm sure we'll be seeing more screenshots or posts soon.

  • lol I had the same problem, but I went through it eventually...felt like a monster right after, especially after blackmailing two people.

    chillax man

    wow downvotes seriously ?

  • It's kind of funny but sad at the same time how a single picture keeps us all calm and happy for the entire day.

  • Technically, there was nudity in the first episode in the preview for episode 2. Though yes, each episode requires its own rating.

  • Oh my...No. Telltale wants this series done before Summer's over so they can actually commence development on Game of Thrones and Borderlands. Same with TWAU.

    S2 E1 - December 17 2013 S2 E2 - March 17 2014 S2 E3 - June 2014 S2 E4 - September/October 2014 S2 E5 - December 2014/January 2015 i found it but i don't no if it is true

  • Hello there

  • It doesn't make us happy. We just know we can't ask for more from TT, of which everyone knows that it is a radio silence company. Even that little screenshot can probably be considered a miracle coming from the people working there.

  • I think I'm becoming addicted to refreshing my twitter feed hoping for a drop date, damn it Telltale this isn't good.

  • The reactions of an Episode 2 trailer on this forum will be glorious. That day can't come too soon.
