Highly doubt Telltale would go there. It'll probably just be gathering supplies needed for the labor. Or maybe trying to resuscitate a stillborn. That's it. They already mentioned having reservations about how well players would take to being Clem; I don't think they're going to go that far in taking people out of their comfort zone.

I'm hoping the watch you procure is a way for Clem to bargain with the group, because it may be needed to time contractions and help Carlos do his job right, assuming he's actually an accredited medical doctor.
