exactly what I said, but i said the first week of March...
No episode until then will result in me not buying any more games from telltale... I agree with ANter that we shouçd never settle for mediocrecy, that's giving up...
And Telltale is being a mediocre company, not telling anything concrete about anything, I read somewhere that it's probçabçy yhte contracts with microsoft and sony and those companies that stop TT from sharing information, but TT is the one gaining the fame from the game sothey are the ones gainning the bad stuff that comes along their behaviour too...
I love the game but I'm not a person that likes to be mocked
It's something at least, and I'm doing my damndest to be grateful. As I said, I'm willing to hold out until the 25th. Once we're past that dat… moree, any further explanations and justifications for delays will fall on deaf ears.
I never like throwing down the gauntlet like this, but after the SMOKE & MIRRORS fiasco, some lines have to be drawn.
Well as consumers of Telltale's games (the reason why they exist), don't we have a right to complain about how bad their PR is? If people don't speak up, things aren't going to change.

This company...I am simply speechless. No words can describe my disappointment in them. Weeks have I been patiently waiting, refusing to fall prey to false hopes of early releases just because some "release dates" appeared "likely" to some people. Now, this week I finally allowed myself to hope for something since TT basically already told us that they would definitely release news. That combined with the misleading tweet of someone actually having played through the second episode already led to the impression the release date might be near...and now what must I hear? Still in development? How is such a state "around the corner"? Where is it "soon", let alone "super soon"? This company...it might actually be a hopeless one. Respect in TTG lost.

Since this has been clarified now (see my post here), I'm going to close the thread to avoid confusion. Everyone is more than welcome to continue the discussion in the Episode 2 release date thread. Thanks!

At this point, I bet this is how most people feel:
I am definitely going to get hell for this, but I have to post this condescending wonka meme again.

It's okay, we can go to hell together!
