This seems awfully familiar...

Anyone else realize how Troy knocking on the protagonists' door is quite similar to Andy and Danny greeting the original protagonists in season 1? Coupled with how the group then divides into two, leaving Sarah, Rebecca and potentially Nick/Pete behind in order to check on "those mountains" like the original group divided to check on the St. Johns' dairy. I wonder if we'll discover further similarities as the episode itself is unleashed upon us?

I think we will. Since, we picked up some of the similarities in S2E1 from episode 1 (ex: Lee killing Walker Sandra with the hammer -----> Clem killing a random walker in the shed w/ a hammer).

  • Clementine: Deja-Vu

  • I think the whole group ends up leaving this time. The screenshot suggests walkers overthrow the cabin

  • Both were knocked out too. Lee in the car wreck and Clem when she fell into the river

  • And they were both very clumsy in each season opener (falling all the time or passing out) :)

You mean the "first screenshot"? No offense but that hardly proves anything regarding that matter. As far as I'm concerned, the forest has always had walkers roaming about. As long as the cabin itself is not pictured, we should not jump to such conclusions. That said, I do wonder about Carlos... Would he rather leave Sarah back in the cabin or risk having her witness witness the world and "cease to function"?

It is at least implied that Rebecca has to stay behind due to pregnancy pains, so she wouldn't be alone. Pete and Nick are a tough one, though. I guess it'd make sense for them to leave Nick to guard the cabin, whether you chose to save Pete or not, assuming that we don't find him dead on the way back to the cabin as a result of saving Pete.

But Pete... Ohh I just can't wait to see what happens! Hang in there, Pete...
