Ok so we know they are on the way to Terminus right? And that " sanctuary " is in MACON......now we know the show follows the comic book ( not page for page but you know that ) and we are near the part in the comics where they have run ins with the Hunters ( cannibals )
It has been teased that a video game crossover is on the way, so how about this?
AMC replace the hunters with......the ST JOHNS!!!!!
One of the groups will end up at the dairy, maybe mEET lEE AND kENNY!!

They have nothing to do with each other. Plus Terminus could be the Sanctuary or Alexandria safe zone. Since Season 4 Episode 16 is called "A" (The season finale) I'm guessing its going to be the latter.

I guess Glenn and Tara, with Eugene, Rosita and Abraham will meet with Rick, Michonne and Carl this episode,Tyresse, Carol, and the kids will be another group and Daryl and Beth will meet up with Sasha, Bob and Maggie and there's another... I don't know, just speculating...
THis episodes are going to be great, because you allways saw the charatchers as the group and part of the group and now you get tosee them as something elae completly separated
