My idea for a final episode
Ok, I just read Markd4547's thread where he asks how we think Clementine's story will end and I thought of making a story up for episode 5 and se what people think 
For the end of this season I'm seeing something like Tavia's communitty just got overrun and the remaining survivors (like 4 or 5 of them) will run to this little town that is surrounded by walkers that are coming each minute that passes closer to them. At the same time this is happening, Carver's group is hunting them down (because Carver tthinks he's the father of Rebecca's baby and he gets enraged when he/she dies and then blames the group and starts trying to kill them).
So the group has to keep running with really nowhere to go and without the possibility of turning back (No Going Back), because of the walkers and hunters... Almost eveyrone from the group dies either from the horde or the hunters, at the end there's a climax scene where Clementine and two other survivors fight off the horde and a bunch of hunters trying to stop them from entering a boat they found to escape... One of the survivors sacrifices for Clementine and the other survivor and then when they think everything is fine Carver is in the boat and there's a tense scene but he's overpowered and put on a safe boat to return to shore or killed (decision) but before he's released or killed, he reveals to Clementine that Christa was killed by the person that is with Clementine in the boat (that is one of 400 days survivors you choose to save) when Christa escaped from Carver and tried to climb the wall inside the safe zone, and Clementine has a huge confrontation with the person that's with her at the boat (like Lee and the stranger). After that the decision is you either choose to shoot him/her, throw him/her off the boat (in a safe boat if Carver was killed or just overboard if Carver takes the boat) or forgive him/her. Making a decision where you have to choose revenge and isolation (Clementine lives alone and in the boat) or forgiveness and some company (Clementine leaves with the person spared).
Post.credit scene is Clementine (and the remaining survivor if spared) obviously starving and weak as Clementine sees a small island approach and wonders if it's safe or not to dock there (The End)
NOTE: Keep in mind that only one of the 400 days survivors could have shot Christa, so either Carver is telling the truth and it was th eone that's with Clem, or he's lying and it was some of the others you didn't saved
I would say the 5 survivors would be Clementine, Nick, Luke, "Person Clementine thought was dead" and "charatcher from 400 days that you choose to safe from the safe zone".
Luke and Person Clementine thought was dead" die in the escape (either killed by hunters or eaten by the horde) and Nick sacrifices himself for Clementine and "charatcher from 400 days"
I know it's long but I think this is a cool ending, what do you think? what do you agree what do you disagree? DO you agree with the charatchers I chose for the final episode?

I honestly think by Episode 5 Clementine will have lost and forgot any sanity/happiness she had left, and judging by Episode 5's select theme http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TqBWu6JNxW4 my theory might be correct.

Yeah, I'm not saying the season will end like I said, I ust didn't had nothing to do and decided to let my imagination go :P
But Clementine will be all screwed up in the head by this song...
