That's a 800MB difference. Looks like the episode to me.

It sounds like the episode is finished and they're now waiting for the episode to be rated and approved by MS and Sony.

Now this worries me a… more bit because TWAU went from 1193512249 kilobytes to 2296725592 kilobytes.
So it looks like episode 2 of TWD is slightly smaller. Hope that doesn't mean it's going to be another 1.5 hr episode
