Luke is a great guy, even if he dropped Clementine on the ground. How was he supposed to know that Clem was bitten,he didn't even know how long she has been bitten.
Did Luke suggest that they kill her or leave her behind? You have to remember, the turning of their bite victim that the cabin group had was rather sudden. Remember how fast that guy whose leg you cut off turned in episode 2 of season 1? Adding to the fact that she didn't even tell them that she was bitten by a dog and Luke had to find out for himself. I haven't read the comic, but I have seen the show and it seems like people who die turn into walkers a lot faster in the game than in the show. Clementine didn't look so good either. Besides, remember when Luke said that he wasn't going to carry her with that bite on her arm? When Clementine fainted, (which didn't help Clementine's case on how she wasn't bitten since bite victims usually faint, just like Lee) who ran to her rescue? Luke did. Why aren't you mad at Pete for not trying to catch Clementine before she hit the ground since you're so petty on that kind of thing?
They are long time in this reality also had one infected. Clementine is completely healthy without any 'symptoms' yet he toss her on the ground without remorse, she would stay there if not for Pete.
Clem was bit by a dog, no reason to cut her arm off.
heh, no, I meant I went with Pete because (among other things that flashed through my mind) I figured if he cut off HIS OWN foot in time he might still have a chance, and he saved Clem's life in the woods.
All Nick's done is not shoot Clem in the face even if he did apologize.
Seemed Clem had a debt to pay. Now it's paid. What happens to Pete now is in the hands of fate.
100% agree with this, I have a good hunch that he'll look like an all-round nice guy most of the Season. But towards the end we see that he isn't all good and had a dark past as did Lee. The fact he's the only member of the cabin group with no family there makes me wonder how exactly he lost his parents and the like.
Generally, I just want to learn more about Luke's background. Calling him terrible and throwing him out in the corner this early is heavily unneeded. I'm pretty confident in saying that he's going to be the deuteragonist now though.
What's so weird about what Pete said? Remember that discussion was going on while Carlos was still trying to verify her claim. Pete was responding to the "what if" scenario Nick and Rebecca were tossing around. He was basically saying "since she's so damn light there's no way we can't easily overpower her if she turns". That was an argument for letting her stay in the house. You're right about him not arguing further once the decision was made to keep her in the shed though. Not surprising really; Pete strikes me as the type who doesn't like to flip flop.
Yeah Kenny wanted to cut Lee's arm off because Lee told Kenny that he was bitten. Clementine kept telling the group she wasn't bitten by a wal… moreker and it seems like Luke was the only one who believed her. If you appeal to Pete he says something along the lines of her weighing a sack of floor and how they could kill her if it came to it. It's weird since he said that he believed her in the forest and now he's talking about amputation or death.
Thanks for actually going with a readable format for the OP rather than a giant wall of text. That's incredibly rare on these forums, and much appreciated.
People who suggest that the writers are going to kill him off within an episode or two don't seem to realize the importance of a character such as Luke within the group. The storytelling potential stemming from their probable brother/sister dynamic is immense. To waste that potential for cheap shock value is just stupid, and Telltale won't do it.

I just find it strange that he would suggest that they cut her arm off. He said that he believed that Clementine was bitten by a dog then suddenly he wants to amputate her arm? Also, he wasn't arguing for her to stay in the house with them, he was arguing that they just don't kill her. If Pete did believe Clementine then his "what if" should have been similar, but a little more well thought out than Carlos'. "We disinfect the wound and put her in the shed. If it's a dog bite the peroxide would have disinfected the bite, we stitch up her wound in the morning and she should be fine, but if it's a walker bite then we only wasted a little bit of peroxide (by the way, Clementine dropped the whole bottle of peroxide on the ground so that's even more of a waste) and she's a kid so she shouldn't be a problem."

Is the fact that you are insulting someone else supposed to offend me somehow? Also ironic how you are insulting his grammar, considering yours.
Never mind, just saw that you created your account solely to be a troll.
Here's a tip: the point of trolling is to be provocative. You aren't provocative, you are just a pest. A pest that can very easily be ignored. My advice? Do something original. Do you think you can manage that? I doubt it.

That .gif should be reserved for pointless rants. The OP makes a valid point. How would you like it if someone responded to all of your contributions in the fan-fic thread with that .gif?
At that point the shed hadn't even come up as an option for dealing with her. He didn't want to leave her out in the forest and he didn't want to kill her. He thought she'd be easy to handle if he she turned. That all adds up to being fine with bringing her into the house. The shed just ended up being a convenient compromise for both sides of the argument. At least that's how I interpreted it.
I guess it's possible that rather than her story Pete simply believed she held no ill intent. Now that I think about it, did he ever actually use the word 'believe' when she answered his question about telling the truth or did he just say that it was "good enough for me"? I can't double check at the moment. EDIT: Nevermind, I just remembered the part about him being a good "bullshit detector". Guess I'm sticking with my original interpretation.

In my game too, but Lee would have died whether you shot him or not.
I was just trying to make it clear that the reason Lee died if you cut his arm off (and didn't shoot him) was because of blood loss.

How am I trolling? I'm giving my opinion that this thread shouldn't stay open any longer because it's pointless. How does this contribute to the community?

It's funny how you keep telling me that I have no purpose in this community but you don't argue against that this thread isn't contributing to the community.

No it is not. What is the point of this thread. We already know all of this. This is like me making a thread about how Clementine is the main character. It's pointless and everybody knows it already.

In the walking dead comics, people have had their legs amputated several minutes after they're bitten, and survived.
That's why I went with Pete. Lee waited too long, he should've had Kenny wack his arm off with an axe as soon as he was bit.
So you wanted Pete to cut Clementine's arm off?
NO! lol What!?! No!
Clem was bit by a dog, no reason to cut her arm off.

you should've put the scene where the governor said "No" and shot Merle

Actually, the reason Lee dies, if you cut his arm off, is because of blood loss.
Its only been the first episode we should give everyone in the cabin group a chance really
The OP grammar is bad and the way he organized his thread is just bad.
Everyone except Rebbeca,fuck Rebbeca.

Yeah, Rebecca was acting like a bitch, but she was just trying to protect the group.
Fine I made a mistake. At least I admit it unlike the OP.

Bit slow on the uptake, I'm trying to contain a troll on another thread.
ugh these trolls won't stop, will they?
I try to counter them with my skills gained from a misspent youth on /b
Mods can you close this thread? It serves no purpose to the community.

Hey look a pedophile!
Sounds to me like you yourself aren't contributing to this community. So go back to where you came from.
I like Luke. He deserves a chance, in my opinion.
wow. where'd you dig that thing up? isn't that keenan from an "all that" skit about peas?
