What if Vince and Lee switched places in season 1?
I just came up with what I think to be an interesting idea:
What if Vince and Lee switched places in season one, with Lee being transported by bus and ending up finding the 400 days group after the person he didn't shoot ditched him or got killed, and Vince ended up being transported by the cop car and finding Clementine?
It's an interesting thought considering they are both killers.
I think Vince would do his best to protect Clem himself, up until joining Kenny's group, at which point he'd ask Kenny to look after her.
I'm sure that Lee, like Vince, would end up taking leadership of the 400 days group.

Kennys group?lol...if Vince and Lee would have switched places they would have met at Hershels farm. What group are you talking about? His family?
Eh. I think he would be rude to her and act like she's a grown man. Do all the things that made her sad as Lee 24/7.
And his final words would be.
" Clem and also...fuck Wall street! ". And she would be like " Okay Vince. " cry.
They wouldn't survive because lee knew that his dead zombie brother had the key's en vince didn't ( If he stayed with them till that point )
They would have died at the dairy aswell...Vince isn't " Urban " enough to open locks.
I think when Hershel tried to kick Vince off his farm, Vince would have just took the farm for himself and kicked Hershel off.
Which would have changed the comics universe.
Until we see what happened to vince at the moment we cant be sure what would change
