season 1, episode 3, has no voice sound

a little behind, but getting there, getting into season 1 episode 3, it has all of the background sound, but no dialogue sound??? i restarted and everything, i havent reinstalled the app in the fear my purchase may dissappear, really weird. can anyone help?
