This choice is blank!

I've had some trouble with once I got to 4 episode when selecting the story it had blank opinions and was only playing the backing music and video (no speech) it happened a couple of times prior but reverted back. Back every time I go back into episode 4 it's doing it for the whole scene. Any help?
