Hey there buddy, this is a thread for a TV show called Mr Robot, feel free to share your opinion about the series with me.
Personally I started to watch this because of Rami Malek (his performance in Until Dawn caught my attention.) I'm enjoying the story so far, it's so diverse, I can't wait to see the next season. And gosh the acting is sooo good I'm in love with Elliot's character. I've been waiting for so long to see an actually good series, and it didn't disappoint me. I had absolutely no knowledge about hackers or what and how they do before but the story immediately hooked me in.
I can relate to Elliot with his social anxiety, loneliness, also his opinion about society. "Fuck society"
I try to remain spoiler-free so let's just say the story made my jaw drop. If you watched the whole season you'll understand, the moment when "everything" starts to make sense. It was inspired by a movie (which is my favourite along with "the song") that I won't name here. Some people say it's a rip off, I disagree, I simply love it.
It has some charm, it feels a bit oldschool for me, but maybe that's why I really love it.
So yeah, I highly recommend this show for watching if you haven't seen it yet. If you do know the show please share with me your thoughts. I'm interested in your opinion!
