"No Country for Old Men".
Am I the only one who didn't care for 'Eternal Sunshine for the Spotless Mind?'
I've come to find I only like Charlie Kaufmann when he's paired with Spike Jonze; and after watching 'Her,' I'm lead to the conclusion that it was really just Jonze I liked.
"Gummo".
There's some stuff and reviews on here :https://www.telltalegames.com/community/discussion/97016/the-movie-thread
A Scanner Darkly.
Hmmm... I loved "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time"
"Her" was pretty fucking good.
I second this recommendation.
My Great Movies List
Go nuts.
Cloud Atlas is pretty good if you are looking for something more dramatic. It's a movie with six short stories across different eras of time from past, present, and future where butterfly effects from the past stories affect the future stories.
If you want something less dramatic, you could check out Django Unchained or The Big Lebowski.
I'm typically not into anime, but I agree - "The Girl Who Lept Through Time" is definitely a great movie.
Back to the Future Trilogy, Blade Runner, Star Wars Trilogy SE 1997, Dreamworks Animation Monsters VS Aliens, Pacific Rim, Escape from New York, The Fugitive, The Terminator, X-Men, X2, X-Men Days of Future Past, Finding Nemo, WALL-E, Minions
Jack and Jill
Django Unchained is lighthearted?
Good point. Edited my post. :P
