Who would you pick as the ultimate Super Villain?
Examples: Lex Luther, The Joker, the Green Goblin, etc.
Personally, I would have to pick the Joker.
The Joker is the perfect blend of intelligence, insanity, and vicious cruelty.
He has no natural love for anyone or anything!
His cruelty knows no bounds.

Sorry, Ignore this post.
Kefka
Donald Trump.
Bullseye. Hes cool.
Sorry, I read somewhere a line I thought was so funny - Kefka is the hipster Sephiroth.
Honestly, Sephiroth is still the best villain in the Final Fantasy series (that I recall). Kefka is really good too. I don't know if Eden counts as a villain. Ultimacia was just there... FFVIII has the best love story though.
Kinda of obvious Only one choice everytime
In my opinion Darth Vader what a badass he could kick anyone ass with the force and mind power he is by far the strongest villain and could could kill anyone in a flick of a finger
Kazundo Goda (Ghost in the Shell SAC 2nd Gig)
I like villains who aren't really villains, more like antagonists whose ideological viewpoints puts them at odds with the protagonist. They can do heinous acts, but there is a very understandable reason for doing so. This puts Shogo Makishima from Psycho-pass as a good runner-up (which is strange, because on the whole I'm not hugely into anime...)

I also enjoy the tacit Proust reference in the beginning of the second clip.
I didn't really like Sephiroth that much. He looks cool, but that's about it. However if you think he's the best villain, that's completely fine.
Blackbeard from One Piece!
Joker, Albert Wesker, Alex Mercer
Simple. The man who doesn't want power, or money, or fame, or to kill his rival, The man who just wants chaos.
All of these other villains have a set goal, a reason to do shit, a cause they fight for. Heath Ledger's rendition of the Joker simply wants chaos. And the most horrifying thing about everything he says, is that he's right. He isn't spitting nonsense, he's 100% right. Villains have plans, he doesn't, as he says: "I'm like a dog chasing a car, I wouldn't know what to do with one if I caught it, I just do things.". Someone unpredictable, someone who thirsts to see how everyone truly is in the midst of chaos, someone who doesn't believe it's about money, it's about sending a message. Heath Ledger's Joker is the most horrifying, yet perfect super villain there is.

Zombie Osama Bin Laden with laser eyes and the ability to control creatures of the sea.
They thought it was over when they rolled him off that ship and into the briny deep. THEY. WERE. WRONG.
