The story is based around his character until the end of season 3.I haven't watched season 4 yet, and I think season 5 starts soon. You should watch it is a good show.
I know nothing about the show, but isn't this guy the main character? And he died in like the 4th season? I just thought, damn they're already doing it!
I liked all the doctors since Eccleston. Haven't seen the old stuff, so I can't comment on them.
If anything, I would say that Smith was better than Tennant. Especially at the end of Tennant's run, he turned into such a downer. Wasn't his fault, I blame the writers. I want to smack whoever thought that Tennant going out like such a bitch was a good idea. Eccleston and Smith had much better exits IMO.
Yeah she's the main character, she (Carrie) always has been along with him (Nicholas S1-3). The story sort of plays from 2 different views. I'm trying not to tell you too much in case you decide to watch it .
It's crystal clear that Walt is the bad guy. Just because people identified with him and wanted him to get away with it doesn't mean it was ambiguous. I thought he was a bad guy and I still hoped he'd get away with it. Anybody who thinks Walt was a good guy has a poor grasp of morality and ethics.
As soon as I saw the thread title, I immediately thought of this scene too. It shows the quality of the writing and acting, that many people… more had come to relate to Walter and wanted him to get away. In most TV shows it would be black and white: Hank is the good guy, Walter the bad guy. In Breaking Bad, it's not as clear.
Here's another sad death from Breaking Bad...
enter link description here
Brenden Fraser's character (Ben Sullivan) on Scrubs. "Where do you think we are?" So chilling
Caitlin Todd (Sasha Alexander) on NCIS. Yikers.
Gus on Breaking Bad. One of those moments where you're like "NO WAY."
Jane on Breaking Bad. Walt wat r u doing.
Dale on The Walking Dead.
Andrea on The Walking Dead as I realized just what lousy characterization she had.
Game of Thrones
Ned Stark. For me, it was the turning point when I realized, "Oh shit, this ain't right." Because normally, when the "hero" or main character is in dire trouble, they find a way out. But no. There was no way out for Ned Stark. That's when I realized the genius of Game of Thrones.
Yoren. There's something about his final stand that was just cool to watch.
sorry but beth was the worst death of all time. worst than nick, for the people who hate how he died, and worst than Stannis, for the people that hate how stannis died.

These are the two that got to me the most.
The second one even more so, as the … morecharacters had time to be affected by it.
Both however, made my eyes water, but I didn't start sobbing like a little kid.

Entirely because it was the first death of a character that I liked that I ever experienced. And the scene, a… morend episode overall, was so brilliant in using just a cameo appearance. I still get emotional whenever I hear winter.
In all honesty, Lori's. I though that was so sad and well done...then after she dies you then get a small break, and possibly the saddest part was later as Rick just completely breaks down when he worked out the news...great acting. For some reason my links won't embed.

* The Wire - Wallace. It was stupid to come back to the Pitt but Stringer having Bodie & Poot do it, man, that scene just broke me.
… more* Six Feet Under - Nate. This one hit me hard as well. I thought that dream sequence was weird but I never thought it would precede his death.
* Death Note - L. He was the only person capable of bringing down Light it seemed at the time. Plus the series fell off after his death.

… more Yeah, and they way D'angelo reacts to it is just...ugh.
Come to think of it, Bodie's death kind of hit my hard too.
Sgt. James Doakes hit me hard as well. I got it, it was only Dexter's second season but it ended up being something that played out throughout its entirety; Dexter never really had to kill a person who didn't met his code who threatened him.
Yeah, Doakes! Awesome character on that show. He knew what Dexter was all along, and when finally confirming it still challenged him.
Rita's death on that show was a brutal surprise too, particularly the timing of it. If she'd simply died earlier in the season it would have been merely sad, but to discover her AFTER the killer himself had been killed...wow.

I think Dr. Cox response to Ben's death is what was sad rather than the death itself. Personally it's not the dying characters that get to me it's the grieving characters that get to me.

If it turns out he is really dead.
It's a pretty funky way of treating main characters. They just die midway through the series. Now I'm guessing the lady is the central character?
Bodie from The Wire. Hit me like a brick of feels

Oberyn. Just gross.
Tywin.
Shireen. I can't even...just...eugh..

ohhh man his death was hard. i mean we knew he was gonna die from the episode before, but when it happen.... damn

But this has got to be the most saddest death of all.

I felt Bodie's death too but I saw it as liberation. Atleast he held his ground, he really didn't have much left anyway.
Jon snow's death was the only TV death that actually made me cry.
Sgt. James Doakes hit me hard as well. I got it, it was only Dexter's second season but it ended up being something that played out throughout its entirety; Dexter never really had to kill a person who didn't met his code who threatened him.

I'd have to say either Erica or Allison from Teen Wolf.
Sgt. Doakes on Dexter fucked with me. Hated the way he died.

Noah's
It was too painful for me to watch

true man i felt, like he cant die this way.. i mean killed like that by that crazy bitch ugh... RIP Doakes
it was probably the first death in television that made me sad and cry a bit
Everybody Haaaaaatesss Chriiiissss
Just imagine that song playing as he died.
Rita from Dexter
