Why are all/most releases for episodes on a Tuesday? Is that to allow press to review Monday or is it a time zone thing?

Why are all/most releases for episodes on a Tuesday? Is that to allow press to review Monday or is it a time zone thing?

Episodes are released first on Tuesdays because Telltale tries to group the episode releases on different platforms as close together as they can. Outside of Telltale and Steam, different console and mobile storefronts update on different days. Playstation Network updates on Tuesdays, Xbox Live (mostly) has updates on Wednesday, and mobile stores typically update on Thursdays. Keeping the console/mobile storefront updates in mind, Telltale tries to release the episode across all different platforms as early as they can while still staying close to when the episode releases on PSN, Xbox Live, and various mobile App Stores. Since Tuesday is the earliest they release episodes on consoles (PSN and sometimes Xbox Live), they choose to also release the PC/Mac Version of the episode around that time.
I am only a volunteer Moderator, not a Telltale staff member, but it's a very well educated guess from reading different sources.
