Crashes at the same point cant get further (possible spoiler)

whenever i show the head to the Marquis whenever he mentions the maantee head the game just locks up i cant get any further now any help?

    What do you mean it locks up

    Keep your save file.. reinstall the game

    if that doesnt work

    try get a save file from someone just after that part
