What time will it be released on Steam?
So my question is, what time will the game be released on Steam? I assume it was gonna be Midnight Eastern, but the Pre-Purchase offer is apparently good until 10AM Pacific. So will it be released at 10am pacific?

Games are usually released around 9AM-12PM Pacific on Steam, as that's when Steam updates their store.
Yep. 10 am PST is usually when a Telltale episode comes out on Steam.
7pm in Germany/10am in California/whenever Steam updates in your country
