Problems with connections (Steam version).

I have the Steam-bought Story Mode and I'm encountering problems. First, the game can't connect to Telltale Games for some reason. i try and I try to log in, and I can't. Next, when I go to choose my character, I can't get past the character screen. Once I select a character, it saves, screen goes black, and then I'm back to the character selection screen. How can I fix?

I am not Telltale staff so i am unable to help with this technical issue but i would like to point you towards the Telltale Games Support Center. From there, you can search for the solution to your problem depending on what game you are playing as well as the platform you are playing on.
