Ridiculous question about downloading season 3
I know this sounds absurd, but over 5 years ago I bought season 3 of Sam & Max from Telltale's site. I was playing through Monkey Island at the time, but it was cheap so I thought I'd get to it later. It is now later - much later! Things have happened in between. I moved, took on a new job and had less time for games. Also the email address my Telltale account uses was retired by Virgin Media before I thought to change it, which leaves me unable to download the game. I suspect even with the old account I wouldn't be able to all this time later, as it looks like things have changed a bit. However I do still have the order confirmation for the season, including the serial number. So my question is, is there any way of using this to download the game a stupid length of time after purchasing it?

Probably the easiest way is to send mail to support@telltalegames.com with your old and new information, and they'll fix it for you.
