Chapter 4

So is the court house at Flotsam Island the very same one that'll oversee 'The Trial and Execution of Guybrush Threepwood'?

Just a thought...

    In all probability, yes.

I'm kinda hoping we dont return to Flotsam and visit fresh locals for each chapter, but maybe I'm asking too much.

Guess Guybrush's gonna be caught by the pirates' hunter in chapter 4.

It IS the location of the trial. The first time you look at the sign, it says the judge is taking a "three month sabbatical", or something along those lines. As in, the time between episodes 1 and 4.

And for anyone bemoaning the return to Flotsam, really? The same island does not mean we don't get new locales ON the island.

Was going to mention that, a little joke about how he's gone away for exactly Three Months falls in line with Chapter 4.

I just CAN'T imagine there's gonna be an execution... of Guybrush Threepwood!
    The suspense is killing me!

My guess is over the 3 months that Guybrush isn't at Flotsam the change of winds will mean it turns into a built up pirate haven or something similar and a complete change from what it is already so that we get the same island but a different one at the same time.

Well, it's a game. Ya know. It's always something to be done in those besides watching. Like avoiding or faking the execution ; )

    Hmm.

As long as returning locations are used in addition to new locations rather than instead of new locations, that's fine.

Makes sense, anyway, since we're very likely to have to visit the Voodoo Lady again later, and it'd be weird to have her go island-hopping within such a short timespan.
