Question about graphic problems - Does anyone can help me ?

Hi everyone ! This is my first part in this forum, and I would like to know if you can help me with something.

I just bought the first chapter of Tale of Monkey Island, and before I do I won't notice any specific problem of compatibility with my systeme (besides, the other games, like sam & max, had worked perfectly). But then, I launch the game and in the menu, I found many graphic problems.

The image is perfect, but I can't see the mouse on the screen, and the text or numbers in any form are nothing but a serie of squares of colors. Most difficult to play in these conditions !

So, do you think this is a minor problem that I can solve with some manipulations, or is this because my systems are in fact inadequates ? Here's my graphic card : Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family, 64 Mo. And I have a computer with 2 Go of Memory.

Thanks to answer me, and apologizes if the subject exist already, I checked the forum but I don't think I see that sort of problem.

Yeah, that could be a way. I will try to update my processor like it says. Hope it will work ! Anyway, thanks for the answer, jessica.

Well, it seems it's work ! Weird, I cannot really update my processor, it won't work, bu now the screen is normal:) Hope it stay like that.
