I tested this e-mail address myself, and I didn't have any problems with my mail getting through. What problems are you having? Are you actually getting an error message about the mail being sent, or are you just afraid that it didn't send because you didn't get a response back?
If it's the latter, don't worry, your e-mail did go through, and the Telltale team did see it, but since this is their feedback line rather than their support line, they don't respond to individual e-mails sent to this address.

The only feedback telltale takes is the discussions, they look at them and see what people are talking about.
