Episode 2 fails to download on IOS

Have tried downloading episode 2 on iOS (iPad Air and iPad mini and iPhone 6) - it seems to fully download but then doesn't complete and says the download fails. It won't work - help?!?! Having paid £10.99 I am NOT happy!

I am not Telltale staff so i am unable to help with this technical issue but i would like to point you towards the Telltale Games Support Center. From there, you can search for the solution to your problem depending on what game you are playing as well as the platform you are playing on.
