Android - Unable to Cloud Sync - Unable to Download E2

MANY experiencing same problems. Please address on the boards, not request email or a support ticket, as it applies to MANY Google Play Store purchasers of the Android version.

I am preemptively disappointed, as I believe this issue will be moved... and a generic, 'send us a request for support', will be the response...

Here's what I see in the app:

I am unable to cloud sync and unable to download Episode 2.

TTG Cloud Sync Error
There was an error during the Cloud Save operation... Try Again/ Disable Cloud Save

The only way to exit this dialogue window is to disable cloud save.

2 Assembly Required - Purchased, but not downloaded

Timed Out
Timed out connecting or waiting for response from server.

I am connected to business class internet with 50Mbps down and 10Mbps up. I had no problems buying and paying for your game, just a problem downloading Episode 2.

While I have seen many other posts with the same issues, I've not seen a answer to the problem or even to address the issue. The response so far from Telltale Games has been to say send an email.

I must assume SOMEONE sent an email, and that if Telltale Games did in fact solve the issue, that the solution would be posted on the boards. So there's really no point in sending another email when an answer has not been provided yet.

What's the solution?
