Full install on a computer with no internet access?

Obviously the computer I'm using has internet access, and I've downloaded TMI Episode One of course. The problem is that this computer is incapable of running the game.

I do have a laptop that would be capable of running the game, but since I don't have the WEP key for my mom's boyfriend's network (and he doesn't know it) I don't have no internet on that computer.

So I'm using a Flash drive to transfer the setup file. The problem?

I can't do a full installation without accessing TellTale's site...is there any way I can manually enter my S/N for the game or otherwise?

    No :( You need to activate it with an internet connection, at least for the downloadable version. Can you get on the internet at a McDonald's or something just to activate it?

    Worst case scenario, the bonus disc at the end of the season will have versions that don't require online activation.

    The serial you can find here under Monkey Island should work offline. I'm not sure if it checks the key online or not. Just login on your internet PC, jot down the key then enter it on the launcher.

    I believe it checks the key online the first time you run the game, and will work fine offline after that. If you can't connect that computer to the internet at all, even for a few minutes, you can e-mail Telltale for an offline activation.

    Well if that's the case then monkey_05 should be able to install the game, run the launcher, activate with the key, uninstall then transfer.

    you could also try using a cable on your laptop and the router.
    You don't need the WEP key then.
    I think the game is running after first login without internet connection. so you would only have to do it once

    ...and while you're doing this, you can check the wep key!

    My playing computer too is not connected to Internet, however there is a simple procedure to unlock your game (but you'll need to be able to send e-mails, may it be from another computer or a smartphone or whatever) :

    1 - in the game launcher, go in the "unclock your game" menu
    2 - click on "manual activation" (or something like that)
    3 - it will give you a request code. Write it down carefully somewhere.
    4 - now send this request code and your serial number (or your order number, that works too) to support@telltalegames.com
    5 - the amazing folks of the support team will send you your activation code by e-mail
    6 - use this code to unlock the game :)

    That's how I did for each Telltale game, and it works flawlessly :)
