Any musicians/composers here?
I thought I'd open a thread where all composers could post their music and talk about it with the others.

Really nice. I love the piano, although I'm not particularly good at playing it myself.
I have composed a few things myself, for various video game projects over the years. It's mostly electronic music, and pretty experimental: https://jennifermcmurray.bandcamp.com/
Those are actually really nice! Which program did you use to emulate those sounds?
Thanks. For those, I actually used a combination of Mario Paint Composer with a custom soundfont, Audacity (for some sounds, not many though - just one or two, that were captured from real instruments), and Garage Band.
Thanks for the information!
I'm a somewhat okay musician, and have played the piano, tenor saxophone, acoustic guitar, and harmonica for a number of years. Pretty soon I'm playing in an acoustic concert at my school! I did it last year, and it was fun, but I still got the nerves!
Also, you never mentioned what you play!
I used to play the piano, had experiences with drums and guitar. I sing, though.
Hey HiggsBoson2142 what is your favorite genre of music?
I like to listen to a lot of things, but if you were to consult my iTunes account it'd be rock in general, probably soft rock the most. But I do enjoy easy listening, folk, and older country just as much! The band Jungle, who did the intro song for Zer0 Sum has gotten me into electronic a little bit, though!
Wow, you play a lot of instruments! I personally play the piano, the saxophone and the ukulele. I have just updated the thread by posting the link to my soundcloud account, where you can find some of my compositions
Hey, another saxophone player! Wonderful! Any specific tunes you like to play? I've gotten a little rusty over the years on mine, but I still play the theme from Up (My personal favorite song to play) from time to time.
Sweet. What was your favorite intro?
That's a pretty tough question, but I think I'd go with Episode 2, with Episode 4 RIGHT behind it!
Yeah. Muscly I would probably go with episode 5 then 4 then 2 then 3 then 1.
I play the alto saxophone in band, I'm not particularly good because this is my second year, but I want to keep on rolling!I want to go on to the tenor!
Yeah. Musically I would probably go with episode then 4 then 2 then 3 then 1.

Below you can see basically the same comment. I accidentally to the discussion, but I meant to reply to you.
I play violin.
I used to play piano when I was younger, and I have somewhat recently started to play again now and then when I have time for it. I don't really practice all that much, but I'm actually quite a bit better than I was back when I actively took lessons, though I'm still not very good (around intermediate level). Either way, it's pretty entertaining.
I love the saxophone! As for the Borderlands musical intros, my favourite one was the 2nd, followed by the 4th and the 1st.
I love the sound of a growl!
My favorite intro was episode 5, then I would have to say episode 2 because it was so cool!I think they all were good. Next I would pick 4, 3, 1 they all were awesome. The intros would just get you in the mood!
I play trumpet and guitar. I've played Kiss the Sky from TFTB on my trumpet.
Speaking of saxophones, happy birthday to Adolphe Sax!
[cliche trumpet joke here]
I've been doing mostly video game remixes, but I've uploaded three original compositions to my channel. One's a hip-hop theme, one's a halloween/blues jingle, and the last is a celtic style orchestra.
Here's the link to my channel if you'd like to check it out.
