Why did Episode 2 already came out?
In the other telltale games, it takes a month or two to release an episode, but Minecraft: Story Mode - Episode 2 took 2 weeks to come out. Why?

Well it was shorter, so it didn't take as much time, it's also easier to animate since it's Minecraft, and it also looks like they started working on Episode 2, maybe the remaining episodes as well, before Episode 1 was released.
Because they realize kids are impatient and it doesn't take long to figure out what Minecraft's demographic is. They don't want to invoke the fury of the 12-year olds.
