Problem installing Episode Two on iPad

I purchased Episode Two with no problem. When I try to install it on my iPad (it says it is downloaded, but not installed), it just loops me back to the beginning. It says something like "if you want to install, restart the main menu"...I choose to do this...then it goes to the main menu...and nothing happen. Help!

  • Just click play. Btw, why on the ipad? PC was much better.

  • I am not a Telltale Staff member - just a volunteer Moderator - but perhaps it meant you were supposed to restart the application by closing it and reopening it through the iOS multitasking menu.

    If that did not help you, you can also consult the Telltale Games Support Center. From there, you can search for the solution to your problem depending on what game you are playing as well as the platform you are playing on.
