Stuck notifications

I would like to ask is there a way to get rid of stuck notifications? I mean those which show in the upper screen even if there are no new ones. It is really annoying and not at all convenient. And somehow, the number of them is growing.

I know I'm not the only one with this problem. So, is there a solution or not?

    I want to know too. I've been stuck at 2 forever. I know it don't seem like much, but it is annoying.

    Click on the bell icon and as much as possible, view all of it by clicking the "Load More" button on the lower left of the page.

    Mine's stuck on 81, but I'm lazy to view them all.

    Huge thanks! It helped. It turned out I had some PM buried there. Is there a place you can view PM separately?
