Video Not Working - IOS 7.2
My son bought and downloaded the Minecraft Story Mode for his iphone. The game starts, the menus show up but when the videos are supposed to play all he gets is the white border around a black screen. The buttons show up when a choice needs to be made, but there is no video at all. When the first walking scene shows up he cannot do anything because there is no video. He cannot see where to go or what to do. I have searched the web and these forums and found no one else having this problem. I submitted a ticket however I was hoping someone might know what is wrong. He has an iphone 4 with IOS 7.2. Oh, the sound does work. Just no video.
