This of course might sound weird but it feels like that blue zone has been reserved mainly by the dictators. Deeper parts of it.
In video games etc we would call them as "villains" of course.
I guess pulling off world domination or something like that wouldn't exactly land you to other circles until you have conquered the world or failed to do so.
Basically that zone is the area that dictators are aligned to. Complete social and economic government control. Not a lot of people will lean that way anymore, especially people not on some FBI watch list lol.

It does seem to skew to green, but I wonder how many people like to think of themselves one way when their political views fit another.
