My prediction is that the final episode will culminate in a big battle between the Order of the Stone and Ivor, leaving the group in ruins, and ultimately one of Jesse's group will sacrifice themselves in order to deliver the mechanism that will destroy the Witherstorm once and for all.
This better not be Petra because I ship Jetra, it can be someone else but I'll defintely break up.
The remained members of the Order of the Stone (maybe with Ivor) and the New Order (Jesse's group) will combine their powers to defeat that monster. But anything can happen till then.

Hard to say, I don't think the super TNT will be the final blow because I don't think something like that can be mass manufactured enough to destroy the ever growing wither storm.
