Cloud save not working on Android (Samsung S6 Edge)

Hi there

I purchased story mode on android as described and also the season pass. I was unable to download episode 2 until i deleted my local save, i was also unable to cloud save. Now i have deleted local save the second episode is available but still unable to cloud save.sorry if that was confusing
