Help Android Ep 2

I downloaded the game on my Phone which is Android btw. I purchased it through the amazon app store. The game works fine but when I bought ep 2 It said purchased and I was charged for it. But when I started up the game it keeps telling me to purchase ep 2 and wont let me play. So after trying for awhile I eventually said screw it and attempted to purchase ep 2 again but it wont let me buy it again it keeps saying you already own this Item. Please help me fix this problem.
