episode 2 not updating (season pass Xbox one dlc)

 Has anyone figured this out? Why won't episode 2 show up for the Xbox one season pass download?  It's pretty ridiculous that this is even an issue?

I feel the same way. I'm even beginning to think that this is an intentional ploy to get people to pay the $4.99 to be able to access it. They could actually make a boat load of money that way. However, not very ethical.
