Unable to download episode 2

I bought the game becouse every one said it was a great game but now when episode 2 came out i dowloaded the episode and i started the episode but i exited the game and then i opend the game again and id said i had to download it agan but now when i want to instal the episode again it tells me that its partialy downloaded but is saw it was done downloading what can i do ?
