How long does it take for Telltale support to update a ticket?

I posted a ticket on 6 November as I was unable to activate TWAU despite following the troubleshooting information. After a few days I got a first non-solution (temporary server load), and now it's been two weeks without any kind of updates. After trying to login multiple times for the past weeks, I managed to login recently out of the blue and now the game becomes non-responsive while downloading the 2nd episode and crashes (on a 20 Mbit connection...). Should I submit a new ticket or just wait hoping someone will take a look at the updates on the existing one in a few weeks?
