Unreliable Cloud Saving

I'm playing on the PC with a version purchased directly from Telltale ( i.e. not the Steam version)

The Cloud saving seems terribly unreliable, more often them not the cloud symbol stays on screen for a while and then an X appears over it. Often when starting the game we are told there is a conflict between saves and choose to use the Local file.

Is it just generally unreliable or is there a problem with this system at present?

    My Cloud for the Telltale version hasn't worked since Episode 1. I wish they'd fix it.

    I'm not going to move this to Support since I assume you are just asking if other people have encountered this (as opposed to asking Telltale for help), but I will link to the Support Center anyways in case you guys missed it.
