cant download episode 3

I have played through and fully completed Episode 1, but for some reason, whenever I try to go download Episode 3 (I have the retail disc, which is basically the season pass), the game takes me to the Product Information screen like normal, but when I click download, an empty message box with four lines pops up, and the only option under it is "Close". When I click close, it takes me back to the game and acts as if I never clicked Download.
