Website choices & multiple playthroughs/platforms?

Hello,

I own pretty much every Telltale game there is on Steam and played through them all (it's nice to see that they finally fixed the website choices because they all seem to show up correctly now). I bought the Telltale collection on my PS4 today and want to start another playthrough of the newer games that offer stats via the webpage.
Now my question is: how does the website handle multiple playthroughs on different platforms? I know that the Minecraft Story Mode game offers a dropdown to switch between platforms.

Do they simply ignore my PS4 progress or overwrite the existing progress from my PC/Steam games? Do I get a dropdown menu to switch between platforms?
I already have my Telltale account linked to my PSN one, should I unlink to prevent data loss on here?

    afaik, it will ignore the PS4 choices/will only remember the first playthrough, no matter the platform. The website showed all my Steam choices for Episodes 1-5, but I played the finale on PS4 before I played it on PC, and it showed me those instead. My Steam choices for the finale were afterward ignored.
