can't find story mode on ps3

in Minecraft: Story Mode

bought season pass and downloaded and installed first three episodes but i can't find them. they disappeared after installing

    I have this issue with any version of story mode i buy how do i fix it, i keep installing but cant find it to play anywhere...really angry about this
