I cant downloade the Game

Hey i need help... when i will downloade it my downloade speed is 7.2 kb/s
that is not normal... can anyone help?

    Your speed gets slower because you are downloading a large file a lot of people have been having problems with downloading episodes 2 & 3 I suggest you contact telltale support it's the best advice I can give you
