Number 1 is actual suicide, so no. 2 and 3 I would do without batting an eyelid. 4 I wouldn't because no power compared to just $100 isn't worth it for me.

Sure, I'd do it. The food I hate the most isn't like a EUGH I'LL THROW UP hate, but more of a I DON'T LIKE THIS VERY MUCH hate, so I could live with it, at least for a week.
