Can someone thats played it explain these questions for me? 1 - Does petra/gabriel die? 2 - Is the wither sickness cured? If so, how and by who? and 3 - What happenned with the order?

Petra and Gabriel both live as the sickness is cured by the destruction of the Wither Storm.
As for the order, a long time ago when the order went to fight the dragon, they were actually terrified. Soren brought the Command Block and instead of killing the Dragon, banished it from existence. They've basically been lying the whole time, and the only one who was trying to be honest was Ivor.
